Farewell Message
Raborn Taylor III, ALC, CCIM
2024-2025 GA Chapter RLI President
Letter from the Immediate Past President –
Dear Georgia RLI Members,
As we close out 2025, I want to extend my deep appreciation for the energy, dedication, and professionalism that each of you brings to our land industry across the state. It has been an honor to serve as your Georgia Chapter President, and I’m proud of the momentum we’ve built together the past 2 years.
We had a strong year with excellent turn out from Georgia at the National Land Conference in Tucson, Arizona in March. We were able to fellowship and network at a luncheon for the Georgia Chapter Members sponsored by Farm Credit Associations of Georgia and a cocktail hour. We also had a very successful Southeastern Land Conference in Chattanooga in October with over 100 attendees. In addition we have had 2 successful GAR land contracts classes and plan for more next year.
Looking ahead, our focus remains clear:
-Education: RLI’s commitment to excellence is reflected in the quality of our LANDU courses. Whether you’re pursuing your ALC designation or sharpening your expertise, these resources are here to elevate your practice.
-Community: RLI is more than an organization – it’s a network of trusted professionals. Let’s continue supporting one another, sharing listings, and building referrals across markets.
I encourage you to stay engaged by attending upcoming events, promoting the ALC designation, and reaching out to fellow members throughout the state. If you haven’t yet been involved in one of our committees or local meetups – now is the time.
Thank you for your continued leadership in Georgia’s land real estate market. I look forward to seeing you at our next event and working together to make 2026 our best year yet! If you have any questions or ideas, please contact me at 678.313.5090 or rt3@gfwillis.com. I am excited to announce that Charles Davis, ALC is your new Georgia RLI President.
Sincerely, Raborn Taylor III, ALC, CCIM, Immediate Past President, Georgia Chapter – REALTORS® Land Institute
New Chapter President's
Welcome Address & Greeting
Charles Davis, ALC
2026 GA Chapter RLI President
Letter from the 2026 President –
Dear Members of the Georgia REALTORS® Land Institute,
As we approach the upcoming year, I am excited to share my vision and goals for our chapter. It is both an honor and a responsibility to serve as your president, and I am committed to working together to advance our mission.
First and foremost, I want to express our heartfelt appreciation for our past officers and directors. Their diligent efforts have been instrumental in expanding the Georgia Chapter, and we are grateful for their dedication and leadership. It is on their strong foundation that we will continue to build and grow.
One of my primary objectives this year is to promote the Georgia chapter through various events, educational initiatives, and strategic growth in our membership. I believe that by enhancing our visibility and engagement within the community, we can establish a stronger presence and advocate effectively for our members and their needs.
To achieve these goals, I encourage each of you to actively participate in our planned events and share our initiatives within your networks. Your support is crucial as we seek to attract new members and expand our reach. Together, we can create a thriving community that not only provides valuable resources for our members but also contributes positively to the real estate landscape in Georgia.
In addition to events designed to foster networking and learning, we will focus on educational opportunities that empower our members with the latest industry knowledge and skills. By investing in our growth and development, we can ensure that our chapter remains a leader in the real estate field.
I am excited about what we can accomplish together this year. Let us make the Georgia Realtors Land Institute a beacon of support and opportunity for all Realtors in our state. Thank you for your dedication to our chapter, and I look forward to an incredible year ahead.
If you have any questions or ideas, please contact me at 404.788.1164 or charles1164@gmail.com

Honoring Dan Crocker, ALC as the 2025 Bob Hatcher Service Award Recipient:
by Jerrod Trainer, ALC, CCIM - GA Chapter Admin - Marketing Coordinator
The RLI GA Chapter is proud to bestow the prestigious Bob Hatcher Service Award upon Dan Crocker, ALC of Crocker Realty, Inc based in Thomasville, GA! Dan has been an integral part of the RLI GA Chapter for years. He is a previous RLI GA Chapter President, and has been a long time member of the Board of Directors for the Chapter. Nationally he has served on the Board of Directors in 2022 for the entire REALTORS® Land Institute organization as well as the Committee Chair for the ALC Designation Committee. On the National level he currently serves on the RLI Governance Committee. Unfortunately, Dan was unable to attend the 2025 Southeastern Land Conference in Chattanooga because it fell at the same time as his 28th wedding Anniversary. Happy Anniversary to Dan and Kayce! We certainly understood as there is nothing more important than family, but Dan was deeply missed! We were not able to give him the recognition he truly deserves at the conference since he was unable to attend. Therefore we wanted to take a minute to honor, and recognize him here! There is no question that the RLI GA Chapter would not be anywhere near where we are without Dan's leadership, guidance, and help! On behalf of the entire RLI GA Chapter we sincerely thank you Dan for your many years of selfless dedication, leadership, volunteering to serve, and willingness to give back. We are so grateful for you, and all that you've done!
